We accept all major credit cards and use the secure payment service provider Streamline to offer maximum security on all transactions.
All payments are taken immediately and if in stock the item is posted out to you straight away. If any item needs to be ordered we will hold your order until the full order is together before we post it out. If the item is out of stock and we need to order it this could take several days longer for your order to be dispatched.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Delivery charges are as follows:- Delivery on ALL ORDERS is now £6.50 inc VAT
The only conditions are detailed below. * - Delivery charges are applicable to UK Mainland only. This is an INTERNET ONLY OFFER. Where necessary we may need to charge customers in remote areas (i.e Northern Scotland) or offshore (i.e Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Orkney, Shetland etc) a carriage surcharge. You will be advised of any extra carriage after your order is placed. Any surcharge will be charged at our net cost and will override our stated carriage charges. On rare occasions some heavy or bulky items like gun cabinets etc may also be subject to extra carriage charges, again you will be advised of this once we have received your order.
However, If any items need to be ordered in (i.e if they are out of stock) we will hold your order until the full order is together before we post it out. Inclusion of any product on our website is not a guarantee of it being in stock at the time of ordering.
Situations beyond our control may occasionally result in an item(s) being temporarily unavailable. Items discontinued by manufacturers or that are no longer available that season we endeavour to remove from our website as quickly as possible. You will be contacted by email or telephone concerning any item(s) we are unable to supply within 14 days. Out of stock items marked to follow will be sent automatically when they become available. We do NOT make additional charges for this service. In any case, we aim to deliver goods within a maximum time frame of no more than 14 days from receipt of order. If we are unable to do this, you will be contacted to make arrangements for any necessary refund to be issued.
All prices for shop items include VAT at the current rate.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you legally in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Bozard and Co. do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. We only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
Returns Policy Refunds, Faulty Goods and making complaints:
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return your purchase to us for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. If we have made a mistake, we'll also refund the delivery charges.
Exchange/Refund Policy:
Should you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please try do so within 7 days, with all the original labels enclosed. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in a saleable condition. When returning goods please remember to include a copy of your receipt and the labels. If this is not possible, make sure that you include your name, address and a telephone number (daytime) inside the package and please do not forget to tell us if you want a replacement or a refund. We will only refund the delivery cost if we have despatched damaged or incorrect goods. There is no charge for returning goods for refund. Goods returned for exchange will be charged at a flat fee of £5.00 inc VAT per return and will automatically be charged to your credit card. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. Please make sure that you get proof of postage and that the method of delivery requires a signature as in the event of a lost package we will not be able to accept responsibility unless a signature can be supplied. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returning Faulty Goods:
In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty item please return the item to us - clearly stating the fault - and include your name, address and order number if possible. Once we have received your goods back our returns team will investigate the fault and advise what we intend to do. Most faulty goods will be replaced however on rare occasions they may be repaired. Should we not be able to find a fault we will contact you for clarification.

Should you have a problem our aim is to deal with it fairly and efficiently. We will do this by monitoring all complaints throughout all stages. We aim to make our internal complaints policy:- You will be informed within 2 working days of our reply to your complaint. We will explain what actions we intend to take to resolve your complaint.
