​Typical Business Hours

I'm typically open Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm closing for lunch between 12:30 and 1:pm

Saturday I'm open from 9am to 1pm 

​I'm CLOSED Sundays and Mondays and ALL Bank Holidays. 


HOWEVER, I work on my own so sometimes the need arises to go somewhere or I am off for the day coaching. 

So it is best you call/email in advance to make an appointment to ensure I will be here. 

My answerphone is always up to date as to whether I'm open or not when you call. So please call first to save a wasted journey.
