If you have a section 1 or section 2 firearm that is either no longer wanted and valueless, uneconomical to repair, or in dangerous condition and want it lawfully and legally disposed of then you can bring it to me for disposal or destruction. Working guns for disposal will be passed on to our export service provider for a £30.00 admin fee. Dangerous or non working guns will scrapped in house for a £75.00 fee. 

It's quite a simple process. I take the gun, book it into my register and then give you a receipt so you can notify your firearms department (within 7 days) that you have disposed of the firearm to me. That's all there is to it.
